2019 Lancaster Printers Fair Vendor Application

The 2019 Printers Fair will once again be on the closed street of the 300 block of North Queen Street in Lancaster, PA. A standard vendor space of 10’ x 10’ is $50 ($35 for 501(c)3 groups) if paid by check on or before June 1st. For aesthetic purposes and cohesiveness of the fair, all participating vendors must have and use a 10×10 canopy tent (tent weights will be available at no charge). A limited number of 10×10 canopies and tables with chairs are available for rent on a first come basis. As part of the vendor fee, you will receive mention in the fair program. You can increase your program ad space by adding a sponsorship to your vendor fee. Vendor registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
